Revolutionary approach to learning language
The teaching of languages could be revolutionised following ground-breaking research by Victoria University PhD graduate Paul Sulzberger.
Dr Sulzberger has found that the best way to learn a language is through frequent exposure to its sound patterns—even if you haven’t a clue what it all means.
"However crazy it might sound, just listening to the language, even though you don’t understand it, is critical. A lot of language teachers may not accept that," he says.

Uhm, jeg kan ikke tælle det antal nørder jeg kender/har mødt, som har lært en del Japansk på den måde vha. animé (og hentai, selvfølgelig). Synes måske “revolutionary” er lige i overkanten.
Just Listening to the Language is Enough?…
I have come across a news article suggesting that just listening to the language without even understanding it is enough to help you learn it. First of all, I don’t quite think so. Why? Well, there are at least three reasons.
